Worst service. Wish I could give them zero stars. They charged me extra and beware of this store. They were not ready to serve the customer. First of all there was no one in counter for 10 mins and next they charged more on my card without any prior notification. When I called they were asking me to read contract and the store manager is not ready to listen and impolitely stating that he can’t give back my money.very rude customer service. I never go back to this store again.
The service was quick, polite and efficient. The van I rented was very clean and all of the small dings were properly documented before I left the lot. I'd rent there again.
