I went here and dealt with rude customer service. they had sold me a phone that has not worked from day one when I didn't upgrade..so I brought the phone back they told me I'd have my phone in at least three to five business days it's been two weeks and they're denying me my phone whichI even paid a $15 charge just for the store to mail it back and get me a new one after I just paid for a new phone that they sold me that did not work.and when I keep calling they don't answer when they do they hang up on me I've asked for the owner they refused I've asked for the manager they refused. They are taking people's money and not giving them their new phones . I have called the news channel and I am getting an attorney.
