Metro by T-Mobile

The employee was very helpful. She helped my friend with all her needs. She went beyond by letting her know where she can get a battery, since T-mobile doesn't sell batteries for her phone. It ended with Success! My mark down is due to the building. I understand companies like these rent. You could fix up the building some!

The phone was good the service not so. The lady lied and said I brought the wrong phone in according to the sims card and what was in the computer. The next day I brought the other phone in but the lady that helped me wasn't in. The lady looked at the phone I brought in the previous day and she said that was the correct phone. What was the motive to lie to me. Was it because she was busy as there was 4 customers there waiting and she was the only assistant. Or was it that I was not the right color? I will not pretend to know but I was the only minority there that afternoon.nnOnce I picked up the phone the girl gave me my paperwork and I realized a few days later I was not given the box it came in. How do you do the rebate when you don't have the copy of the scan code on the box. Fifty bucks wasted?nnWhen I went to do the rebate I realized I needed the box. I called and the said the box was here and I could pick it up. Since I had to go there 3 times to buy one phone I asked them to mail it to me.nThey said they could not do it until they talked to the boss. I am sorry did they have to talk to the boss to sell me the phone? How about the accessories I bought also? I asked for the boss phone but that did not go to well. Then they said maybe I left it on the counter and it was my fault.nnI am in customer service, this is a poor example ...

Great customer service when paying bill or looking for service

Gave me the hardest time when trying to exchange a phone that wouldn't turn on. Terrible service
