So i decided to go to another dunkin doughnuts the one i was going to before was very rude.well these people are from far not rude.they say good morning.their was only one person that can make my coffee right it's the general manager Erica.got coffee the last 2 days and i think just cause they know how i like it they just make it anyway.it was horrible.i will stop drinking coffee if that's how I'm getting treated.
We forgot our order but they did a nice job and had it waiting for us thank you.
The customer service are extremely ruled and nasty to my kids. I told my son to go and get a bagel with cream cheese for me. He came back and told me that he dropped the bagel and continue to give it to him. I went back and asked him to make me a fresh one being that it fell where it wasn’t supposed to fall. He said it never fell. and refuse to make me a new one. I waste of money on a bagel that I didn’t eat. my son would not lie to me about something like that. Mind you that wasn’t the first incident regarding this franchise. They think they can get away with stuff when it comes to young people customer service should be equally no matter the age.
Good coffee good service
Nice staff. Their wait time is shorter than it used to be.
