Last week was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the magnificent food and fine drinks and with the decent payment. We will surely visit there soon.

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. Every day I come here, every single time my order is messed up. I use to work for dunkin it isn’t that hard to follow direction. The employees do not listen and do whatever they want to your coffee. I have a very simple order and it doesn’t matter who makes it, It’s ALWAYS wrong! Not only in the drive through, walk in is worse! I started going inside so they don’t mess up and they still manage to mess up and not follow simple direction. I will never give them my money again, I don’t have time for them to remake it because they take forever & I have to get to work, it is truly annoying I really hate this place.

I was getting an oil change at Valvoline. Just a couple of blocks from the Dunkin Donuts. So I usually walk to the store and get a cup of coffee while my car is being worked on. So I waited 5 minutes, there were 7 people taking care of drive thru. When the young man saw me, and came up to the counter. I gave him my coffee order. At this time I noticed that he was not wearing gloves, and was not wearing his mask properly. It was strapped to his chin. Leaving his mouth and nose uncovered. As he took my order, he was singing, and also was drinking his coffee. In this time of a pandemic, I feel that the proper steps were not being taken, and I feel that it was very irresponsible that the manager on duty did not enforce the executive law that the state, and the federal government has put in place not only to protect me as a consumer, but to protect the employees and the other customers that come to buy coffee. Unfortunately I will not be returning to that store, and I will pass it on to my friends.
