Professional, first class customer service! I had my boat parked at Life Storage for almost 2 years which offers a secure, safe gated environment. Best storage facility hands down, and I have used several different places in CT but this place is by far the BEST! You will be treated like family, I wish I could rate them more then 5 stars! The only reason I moved my boat out of the storage unit was due to moving out of state. Please give them your business, they are clean, secure, great prices and you will treated with respect, which you won't be able to say about the rest of the areas storage facilities.

Just wanted to edit my review and give big shout out to Desiree. Please forgive me if I got your spelling wrong but very much appreciated your help in transferring from large unit to smaller one. Dez was extremely helpful making sure I transferred unit without any extra rollover charges saving me for the month and thereafter. She walked out to meet me at my large unit, took info and set up all my paperwork for a simple sign and finish when I was ready. Extremely pleased once again, hats off Desiree!!!ud83dudc4d

I can't begin to tell you just how helpful these good folk were to me. They have to answer to the powers that be too but really will bend over backwards to do the best that they can. I went to this storage facility to check on prices and rental information. Desiree greeted me with a great smile ! She was so kind and helpfull. She answered all my questions,she even gave me great suggestions on how to protect my things while they are being stored. I will return to rent my space here when I figure out my moving date, because of her excellent service.Thank you Desiree!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Life Storage in Glastonbury, Connecticut today. I needed to access two storage bins which were locked and did not have the keys. I needed to provide legal documents to prove I was the owner as expected. I dealt with Liz and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond the call, cutting off the old locks for me and getting everything I needed to get my work done in a timely manner. 5 well-deserved stars for Liz at Life Storage in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
