Poor communicator. This is what I took away from our conversation with Kim, the manager on duty. Very unprofessional. I tried to reschedule, not cancel an appointment. She went on a rampage telling me over and over again she has to charge me a cancellation fee. (I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE, NOT CANCEL). Too bad we were really interested in buying a package.
Worst customer service. Calls multiple times. Then told by Kim I can’t cancel my membership -I have a clot in my leg! Ya let’s continue massages.
Horrible Experience overall with massage envy, highly recommend never to sign up here
Decent experience
Staff is welcoming and the place does a good job at shutting down the outside world. Very peaceful. The beds are amazing. Thanks M E
