By far one of the best massage places in Connecticut! Jake goes above and beyond for all of his clients. My entire family have become part of his clientele over this past year - that is how much we love Optimal Therapy!
Jake is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. His knowledge of the body means that massages are not only restorative but also address the underlying problems that cause pain. Best of all, his deep tissue massages actually live up to the name.
Jake is awesome! After only a few session my shoulder already feeling better. He is personable and makes you feel comfortable. Great place!
Went to Jesse for some back pain I had been having. What an amazing experience he knew exactly what pressure points to work on I felt like a new person when I left. He definitely has a passion for healing. I will definitely be back next month. Professional calming holistic environment.
