My daughter booked a massage here and missed her appointment. I called and spoke to Eric who was very rude and accused my daughter of lying in regards to the unauthorized charge made on her account. The conversation with him was pointless and somewhat hostile. Booking a massage is in search for peaceful time. The customer service here is far from peaceful. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.nnReply to responsenThe response from the company below shows the exact reason why NO ONE SHOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS !!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. All of this just so they can keep $100. I’ll pay double that if the customer service is excellent! This company needs to learn how to communicate better with the public. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE PEOPLE

Terrible customer service! DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! Eric (an employee) is the rudest person I’ve spoken to in a long time. I booked an appointment and was charged for service I didn’t receive due to me cancelling. I tried to explain to Eric that this was not communicated to me and he was completely unprofessional and accused me of lying. There are many massage places with great customer service. Don’t even waste your time here.

Our couples massage experience was great! The masseuses were very kind to friendly. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing. My husband and I loved it and will definitely be visiting again soon.

I recommend ME Time massage. Maelynn does a great job. The location is very nice and the pricing is better than some other spas as well.

I received a Gift Certificate for a one hour massage and sugar scrub. My GF specifically asked if there was a female therapist available for me and they said yes. When I called to make an appointment the male therapist stated that the female will only do couples massages and that if I didn't want a male therapist then that was my problem because it shouldn't matter. He even had the audacity to compare my not wanting a male therapist as the same as not wanting a black therapist. Horrible customer service and even told me that if we wanted a refund that we needed to battle Groupon. Stay away!!!
