Excellent customer service with Bill and Tia! They really took care of me when I needed a place to park my RV. Both of them are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for storage and I have already told my family and friends about it. Thanks for a great experience.
Super clean, simple directions. My only complaint would be having to get out of your taller vehicle to enter the code for the gate. I wish there was a higher console. The place itself is easy to use, good directions for first time visitors and excellent customer service.
Very helpful and professional. I had a question about the rental and Bill returned my call promptly and was very helpful. He took his time and explained the whole lease to me. Because of my conversation with Bill when I arrived at Extra Space Storage I knew exactly what to do. The facility was very clean and lots of security cameras. You need to use security codes to enter the parking area and to enter the building. Great place for amazing price.
We had a great experience finding a new spot for our RV at Extra Space in New Britain. We got a confirmation call almost immediately and were able to set up the contract and bring our RV on our own time. Very happy with our choice!
A great facility with courteous, helpful management. Easy booking online, an in-person tour, and a simple contract process. Smooth move-in as well. A clean facility with great security.
