The Employees at this store are always so welcoming and helpful, always have smiles and more than willing to explain whatever it is that I need help with. I only go to this location and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service comes a long way. I’m glad these people were trained so well to do their job.

My husband and I both were with AT&T for 21 years yes 21 years my sister had told me about your service Metro PC through T-Mobile and said to me I know a place to go to is in New Britain let's go I have sent here myself my husband and I have one I think you and your husband would like that I went there and I met this woman there xiochi not only convinced me that I would be better off with this company she has helped me on three other occasions to fix my phone when I've had issues I have calling the service online and I was given a run-around they weren't able to fix my phone as soon as I went into the New Britain store and saw her she was able to fix it on both times I need to have it fixed identi sided to get my husband a phone through her and that store because of her she is always in a good mood she has a beautiful smile and attitude and that is a person you would want in your store anyone who wants to have great customer service or a great service go there and see her she goes above and beyond for the company and she should be acknowledged I am very pleased with what we have and we thank you
