The employees are very friendly and knew where every item was located.
None of the laptops on display were actually available for purchase.
The store was set up so that 'traffic' flowed smoothly despite being busy. Sales people were readily available and knowledgeable about stick and the products availablenAlso, for any product not readily available, they were willing to call around and have the item delivered to you and in obe instance they suggested the possibility that another merchant might have the item! A great shopping experience!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL BE HARASSED BY THE MANAGERS AND FORCED TO BUY THINGS YOU DON'T WANT,, THEY (JOE(MANAGER)) WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE AND NOT EVEN GIVE YOU 6FT APART.. HE WAS LITERALLY WALKING BEHIND ME AND ALMOST TRIPPED WHEN I WAS WALKING BACKWARDS..nAndrew at electronics very helpful and knew what he was talking about and helped me compare products.
Not sure if all the stores are doing this or just here but I don't like the à la carte style they've been selling computers as who buys just one piece normally I want to buy the whole thing now it looks like you have to buy everything separate not sure if it's just this location like I said or if all Best buys or just all stores in general are doing that but I always thought that it came as a bundle pack.
