Spent over 2k on 2 phones....needed to return 1 of them and since the purchase date was outside of the 14 day period they wouldn’t take it back....if that’s the return policy (FAIR) but I haven’t owned the phones for more than 14 days as they took forever to deliver them to me and so that’s NOT FAIR and bad business on Apple’s part. Again, rules are rules...fine, but when I told the young woman about this at the front all she said was “noted.” Did not even go back to a manager to further see what they can do....and that is why I am giving 1 star. She made it clear that she did not care about my needs as a client. I expect a company like Apple to have much better customer service representatives handling their front lines. Do not recommend this location.
Showed up to Apple’s West Farms location to purchase an iMac for my sister 40 minutes before they closed only to be told that there was no representative available to sell me a $1,300 computer until the next day. Complete waste of my time when I went there specifically knowing what I wanted and only thing I was going to the mall for after a long work day. What could have been an easy 5 minute transaction like when I purchased a laptop last year for my other sister, was turned away. I ended up standing in front of the store as I ordered it online and checked out to have it shipped to my home. Complete waste of time and I wished they would have communicated with the public that you need an appointment to purchase things.
