Just stay away. What are they pulling at this store? I’m not sure. The manager there is not interested in helping. I am very reasonable if you are as well then don’t go here.

Customer service was terrible no one seemed like they wanted to help... they were way more concerned about each other and breaks... I was looking for options and they couldn’t even show me the difference between phones. T-mobile should be ashamed of their workers I’d advice to go to another location... extremely disappointed
I visited this location on a busy Sunday to arrange for new service from T Mobile. If I had read these reviews beforehand, I never would have stepped foot in the store. But blissfully ignorant, step foot I did, and was immediately approached by an exceedingly polite, friendly, knowledgeable employee named Edgar, who made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in a phone, plan and phone number. He was tremendously helpful and absolutely dogged in his efforts to make sure I was happy when I left the store. Based on my excellent experience, I would highly recommend this location, particularly if you're lucky enough to get Edgar to help you.
WORST POST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR!!!!nJust got a business line from them. Gave me lots of promises and such a easy process to transfer and getting new phones for employees and etc etc. Well, guess what? you better have that in writing next time. Because those promises dont mean anything to them.
