They fixed my iPhone 8 and broke it. Came in working left with a bootloop and now they won't fix it. Luckily the Apple store was able to replace it but it ended up costing me hundreds and these people wouldn't refund me. Credit card dispute it is I guess. They hardly speak English and it's a nightmare to deal with them
Had a battery replaced. When I went to charge it 9 hours later, I find that the battery won't charge. This after they had to keep it overnight because the first battery they couldn't get to charge at all.nnUpdate: Changing from 1 star to 4 stars... After nearly 12 hours of unplugging it and plugging it back in, it finally charged to 100%. Not sure why, but it now appears to charge normally the last 2 days, but I don't trust it yet.
They are running a scam. I bought an battery from them for my iPhone. The battery went bad within an hour (literally) after buying it. I took the phone back to Device Doctor. They denied honoring their service and won't give me my money back. Avoid this place
