I was no longer able to send or receive calls on my brand new phone. Ramon asked me to come back to the store. Neither Verizon customer service nor technical support could find the problem. Ramon finally found that a software update did not upload correctly. Ramon is a shining example of fine customer service.
This is a first rate store. I have done business here for several years. My experience today with Ramon, the manager, was typical of the expertise that seems always to be available. Very, very impressed.

Joe is the BEST! We had a little issue with on the other associates continuously forgetting to order an item we wanted. I even called on the day he said it needed to be ordered, to remind him, and he still did not order it. When we called today Joe was so helpful! He was understanding and empathetic, despite not having been the one we spoke to. He was able to find the item we wanted and we were able to get it same day. He set the entire thing up for us and now we have a beautiful Apple Watch! I highly recommend this Verizon Store, but I would request to work with Joe. He’s worth the wait!
