Awesome and impressed! I usually hate having to go to Verizon but this was this mat painless experience I’ve ever had. Had an issue with iPhone and Arii helped me upgrade without a problem. My plan apparently was losing Disney and they took the time to explain all my options to keep it and get more data than I was paying for before. The patience and time taken to walk me through everything was awesome!! Highly recommend if you have any questions or need a new phone.
This is my go to store for the best customer service! They are absolutely awesome. They take their time to explain everything and have the utmost patience. I always know I will be taken care of. Stephen Costanzo is my go to guy and he is the best there is! Ask for him! :)
Each time I come in frantically needing support and guidance they are nothing but patient and kind...even when I come in 15-20 min before they are to close for the evening. Arii is always calm spoken, helpful and courteous while multitasking and keeping up with what our needs are. Thank you from the whole family!! The kids are so happy with what you could give me to allow for them to have their phones.

I have been in this location many times and every time I have THE best experience. The customer service is outstanding and the employees remember me so when I go in the store it feels like I’m visiting with family. Obviously since the pandemic things have changed significantly but one thing that hasn’t changed is the level of customer service. I’ve been shopping the new iPhone and since I can’t just walk into the store as I have in the past I have had to reach out via phone, which is obviously not an issue. The reason I’m making a point of saying this is that I’m sure these guys have received so many calls and dealt with frustrated customers. If they have you really can’t tell because their attitudes are so upbeat and positive.nSo many times people leave negative feedback and while it can be helpful positive feedback is needed.
