Took advantage of my grandma for almost 3 years. We recwntly found out they signed her up for 2 lines with everything and 2 brand new S9 that she never used because she ended up getting a flip phone and transfering the sim. So shes been paying for 2 s9 and 2 lines for so long. These people only care about commission and money. So theyll scam u if they could.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of the questions I had.nI’ve been with at&t for 12 years and this was the best service I have EVER received at an at&t store.
