I’ve been going to the Macri school of music for almost 2 years and it’s shocked me how much my guitar playing has improved in that time. Frank has helped me go from a novice guitarist to one who can play most songs, understands theory, and can improvise. His classes are also just genuinely fun. Frank has really helped build and sustain a passion for music in me.nnIf you’re looking for a music school with the best reputation and the best results definitely go to the Macri School of Music.

I have been taking guitar lessons at Macri School Of Music for the last three years and recommend them highly. I heard great things about the school from various friends and neighbors in the area and happy I took their advice. So now I'm passing along the tip. I’m a college student and I take lessons with Frank Macri during my summer breaks. Let me tell you that it has been an incredible ride since I started with him my senior year of high school. His knowledge of the music theory and his guitar playing skills have helped me become a much more competent musician in both theory and playing ability. I now regularly enjoy jamming with my friends and family (2 of whom are also students at the school).nAsides from teaching Frank is a blast to be around. I’ve never met anyone that can make learning as fun as that guy.nIf you’re learning the guitar, trust me, this is the guy you want to go to.

Simply the best music lessons in the state.nnI have been taking lessons here for over 5 years now and it has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my life. If you have any desire to learn and play music there is no better option than Macri School of Music.nnIf you are like me and a complete novice in the area of music and maybe a bit apprehensive to join, the environment created by owner Frank Macri makes you feel welcome and excited to learn. The styles of teaching are tailored to what genres of music you like and with enough practice you can learn songs you’ve always wanted to play. For someone who always wanted to play Rock/Metal that was very encouraging as now I can play my favorite songs from my favorite artists.nnFrank has been my teacher from day one and it has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience ever since. I have briefly met some of the other teachers and they exude the same passion and professionalism that Frank carries.nnYou can’t go wrong here. If you are even the least bit interested in learning to play an instrument, this is the place the start. You will not be dissapointed.

Learning with Macri School of Music is fun and easy through lesson plans that teach you by integrating the lessons into actual playing instead of just getting charts. I have learned several parts of music theory that had confused me for years in one lesson by being taught in a way that was not confusing. Best place to learn music!
