The staff at the Helena store are amazing!! Never have been disappointed!! Great customer service!!
The staff in Helena are rude and disrespectful, we got are TV taken back to the store because we couldn’t pay for it, we paid it off fully and got our TV back but it wasn’t our TV it had other peoples information on here like their name and where they were from and their credit card or debit card information.
Would give no star if I could
When you get something that you are paying by the month for it should be in tip top shape. You are paying good money to rent a peice of equipment. The equipment should be cleaned and peices should not be missing. If you choose to give us a piece of equipment that is not ready for our use we should get a discount.
Best customer service I have had in a long time!!! I love my new tv and surround sound
