The Pharmacists, techs and counter staff are all very helpful and willing to take time to answer questions.
Both my parents are in their mid 80s and due to my mom's Parkinson's Disease, require extensive medication (that often changes). The pharmacists and staff have been absolutely incredible in helping my parents and especially in supporting my Dad in being able to understand prescriptions and continue to competently care for my Mom at home. Thank you from our family! The customer service, professionalism and positive attitude from the pharmacy department is a huge positive for my parents and is sincerely appreciated!
I have always found them helpful and pleasant whether I call or go in person. Thank you, I do appreciate your caring.
Really no stars is my vote. It shouldn't be this hard for elderly people to get their scripts. Every single other pharmacy in helena is 110% better.
