The owner of the company, Pedro, returns my calls quickly, provides excellent advice, and even has the capability to resolve many issues remotely. It is a comfort to know that Computer Smart Solutions is there when computer issues arise - as they inevitable do. Accessible and always reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I am a single computer owner for home-office use, perhaps not the typical customer for Pedro and his assistant Lyle. I had some annoying problems that I could not handle myself. Rather than going into long narrative I will use simple key words to describe Pedro and Lyle who I will highly recommend over anyone else who might come along............. very nice and personal professionals, quick to respond, hardware or software problems, sense of urgency, almost immediate response, office or remote solutions, practical, immediate diagnosis of the problem, patient, integrity, customer orientated, stay with you until the problem is solved even after their very reasonable bill was paid, etc. etc. I can say no more other than to reiterate .............. very highly recommended.
Great job! I couldn't get my computer to turn back on after an upload from Apple, who refused to help...so I called Pedro who called me right back after he noticed he missed my call. I loved that! I dropped off my laptop at 9 am and he called me at 1 pm to tell me it was ready. So happy my computer wasn't fried and he got it working again. Good price too! Thanks Pedro!
I called a few places regarding remedying an issue with my computer, but the when the gentleman at Computer Smart Solutions answered, he seemed like he wanted to genuinely work on my machine. So, I picked him and was not disappointed. Very fast, accomodating and helpful and even checked my hard drive to ensure all was well with it.
Pedro Oliveira has provided outstanding service for many years for my personal and business computer needs. He does an excellent job in getting things up and running quickly and explains the technical aspects in ways that help the user understand the problem and how to avoid them in the future.
