I had the absolute best experience I've ever had at a soul form store with this particular location! Dan the store manager was awesome! He got me everything I needed to hit the ground running and out the door in a very short time I was very impressed! I recommend anyone in the area used this location for their cell phone needs. At Russell Verizon Justin delivered personalized service. Great guy and very helpful converting over my new phone. You won't get this at a larger Verizon store where they will send you on your way, ask you to connect to the cloud and take care of stuff yourself. I highly recommend him and the store
Justin was very helpful courteous and pleasant. He made getting a new phone an easy but fun experience.
Jaime was amazing and funny. Helped with our new Samsung S20 Ultra phones, otter boxes, and wireless car charger (for my husband). We had soooo much data to transfer i bought breakfast sandwiches from next door for Jaime and my husband. Best Sunday spent buying new phones. Would highly recommend this store!!
