went to this T-Mobile store to make a couple changes and upgrade a phone as a birthday gift. Anthony and Dana were AMAZING! so patient and took the time to make sure everything went correctly! they took no chances unless they were sure. these two are top of their game and i hope the owners of this store treat them with the respect they deserve!

Bryce, the owner, made every effort to ensure our experience switching over from Verizon was a positive one. He went above and beyond and I am lucky to have found him and his business. I strongly discourage visiting this store. They are patient and helpful however the staff and owner mis-quote plans and fees and skip or forget steps often. Service is slow and often unfinished requiring a follow up appointment. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Corporate store in West Springfield.

I've been going to this store for over 10 years, and every time I have excellent service from the staff..I just recently went there to upgrade 2 phones, Kelly was was a constant professional. She explained a better way to save money, upgraded our phones quickly. As usual, she was informative about our new phones, and was just awesome to work with. Her teammate there Dana was also very helpful with our upgrade and change of plans!! Keep up the great service Sprint East Windsor!
