I ordered Xmas photos on Dec 7 and was sent a message that they would arrive at the store on a Monday, Dec 16 at 6PM. It is Dec 24th and they are still not in. We had one bad snow day and I realize this is a holiday time but their order time line needs much improvement.

Very, very slow and inconvenient. I order my pictures and they came in 8 days later and they wouldn’t let me pick them up for over two weeks. Very slow customer service and no response.

Best photo experience ever. I will continue to have all my photos done here both family and passport photos. The quality and the prices can't be beat!
