I go here every Friday before grocery shopping. Every week it takes 10 minutes to get the order. I don't mind typically but today was different. I placed my order through the app and the 2 young people there made a mistake and made the wrong size. Because i was in drive thru i knocked on the window. The person at the window who i was told was a female, no offense i honestly could not tell, snapped PLEASE DON'T KNOCK ON THE WINDOW. The attitude is not needed and if the person would've got the order correct i wouldn't have needed to knock on the window. When i had asked the other person working what their names were i got an attitude. I WILL not go back to this Dunks and my gf and i go here 2xs a week.
For the most part great service; however, they only wear their masks on their mouth and chin- this is not effective- MUST COVER YOUR NOSE TOO - will be taking my business elsewhere.
