I came in for a hour massage but instead she gave me a half hour and did not give me my change back and said it was for tip I only tip if the service is good

I made an appointment for this evening by calling ahead. I was looking forward to returning for a massage. When I arrived, they refused to accept my card because the machine was broken? But they then tried to run my card and wanted the pin number. What? No mention of that prior when on the phone. I asked when the nearest atm was and was rudely shooed out of the office.nnNot cool.
