EXCELLENT SERVICE!!’nnThe girls here, Stephanie and Xiomara, are very kind over the phone and in person. They helped me with all of my questions and concerns. They showed that they cared about their jobs and are extremely knowledgeable about the process of leasing storage space. Honestly, they made the process for me easy, quick and enjoyable. The location is also very clean, well equipped and affordable.
Ebony was fantastic! It’s my first time renting a storage unit. The process was made easy and in fact enjoyable! I called to reserve a unit over the weekend with customer service, management of the storage facility called me right away in the morning to provide information, and then I made my reservations with Ebony. Ebony, thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and helping me make the right choices. Ebony even went past her lunch break and followed up with an email to confirm she made note of anything additional we discussed. I am so far beyond impressed with Ebony and the team!

This was my first time using a storage so needless to say that I was a little lost lol but the staff that help me was great she was very helpful so thank you so much the facility is very clean and very secured and also well equipped I loved it!
