The place is neat, clean, professional and well organized. The rental process was easy. Ms. Lopez was very pleasant and made everything very easy.
This location the staff is friendly, understanding, helpful. I didn't have any issues and my personal property was kept safe. I liked the fact there is surveillance and the property has tenant living right next to the storage units. I feel that is extra security if something goes wrong or any suspicion of illegal entry. The place is well secured.
Lissette was wonderful she stayed after to help me because when I got there she was helping somebody else and it took longer then expected. She made sure I was good to go
Ashley in the office was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Very friendly and accommodating! Answered all of our questions and made the process easy.
I can't speak for the climate controlled units. But they do good work.
