It was a busy day for the office and the staff was able to accommodate me much more than I anticipated!!! Bravo keeping cooler heads at a time like this!!
No parking space it was so tight I was even scared that somebody will hit my car
I had a good experience I started reserving the truck online but my phone kept saying I needed more memory to finish the reservation! I had never reserved online before it was pretty convenient till that point, so I had to go in to the office to finish the reservation and pick up the truck. They made it quick no problems everything was explained well like what was expected of me when returning the truck. Which was also a in and out procedure so all and all it was a very good experience!!!
