Consulado-Geral do Brasil em Hartford

Compared to the experience I had at the Consulate in Boston this place is great and the wait wasn't so bad plus there's a parking garage on the other side of the street. But the information you get from the staff isn't the same as what's stated on the website. So you might loose a trip or need to go online to fill a form out and rebook your appointment and come back. So consistently isn't there strong point.

They custom service by email is not the best, they are very short and direct you get your questions answered in the website, but I got my passport in a week and a half, so I can say that they are very efficient!

Amazing service! Extremely organized and courteous staff! The experience couldn't have been better!

They don’t give you information.nThey don’t answer the phone.nThey’re going to make you wait to say “I’m sorry, we can’t help you because you didn’t schedule an appoitment”, like... after an hour.nEtc etc etc.... I don’t know which Brazilian consulate is the worst.nnGood luck, folks!
