My Daughter and I made an appointment at T-Mobile store-4FSF in Glastonbury, CT on 11/28/20. It was a great experience the moment we walked in the door!nIt was clean abs sanitized! We were greeted with kindness! We need to get my Daughters newnIPhone 12 Pro Max ready to use abs get her trade in ready to mail! Jessica was our T-Mobile SalesnRep-936. Jessica gave us excellent, awesome customer service! She was kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional! She made our visit full of fun! We laughed and got everything donenCorrectly. We able to purchase the OTTER BOX cover,nGlass protector, lighting power adapter, and Apple lighting headphone adapter. Jessica took time with us choosing the correct items! She was never pushy or impatient! That’s why we really like her! She has a lot of real Geniune patience! This is what made hernCustomer Service Outstanding! Jessica was awesome when I picked out a new phone! Whole process took 15 minutes she presented several options for me to choose from and then transferred everything to the new phone. She was very pleasant and professional throughout, I couldn't be happier!

Today, me and my family were rudely ushered out of the store by two ladies in front of all the other customers. I had an appointment but was told that im “out of luck” and i would have to come back at a later date. So NOW im out of a phone until they “have time for me”. Completely unprofessional!
