I went to the main street East Hartford , branch first seeking help..the guy immediately told me that I had to go to the main branch in Hartford on Park Street Bradley plaza...I went there. The young lady didn't want to help me and gave me a hard time . So I left very unhappy. Mind you I just purchase this phone back in March of 2020 A20 android. The next day I went to the branch in Windsor East Hartford Main Street. The young lady took her time to help me out to fix my problem which took over an hour but she was able to get the issue resolvedud83dudc4dud83cudfffud83dudc4dud83cudfff Best Service Ever 8-14-20 10:00am she was great!!!!!Good people Great service. Absolutely THE BEST Metro Experience I have had! My family just moved to the area and needed new phones, Nelly, the store manager and Tatiana, the sales associate could not have been more helpful, informative, professional and cheery.
