Once Upon A Child - Manchester

Brought a new cloth face mask for my 4 yr old. It broke the 1st time he wore it. He has many others that have never broke. Took it back to exchange for another and they wouldn't exchange it saying it was a final sale. Goes to show they don't back the quality of the new items they sale. Also said they couldn't resale it because it was a face mask. Duh! Even if you could why would you want to resale a defective item? I drop a pretty penny whenever I shop for my children. They lost a customer over a cheaply made, defective $5 mask they probably brought for $.50 cents each because they refused to exchange. Lol. SMH. I will see if my tailor can fix it.

Terrible service. They told me they take Apple Pay, I go in the store and shop grabbed a bunch of stuff then they tell me they don’t have apple pay. So I asked who I spoke to and she was like “ usually we do but it’s not enabled right now” so I wasted my time, then I asked her if I could just punch the card in manually and she told me it HAD TO BE Inserted which is 10000% false I worked in retail many years. All the staff was rude and made me feel stupid for their mistake. Do better

I agree with others whom are saying ... a little pricey. ...And looking junkie because of it!! I like to support local but wonder if they could lower prices to get rid of some stuff!??? Won’t hurry back.

Prices are way to high for used stuff. Definitely when some of the things you can tell are very used.

Prices were a little high compared to other OUAC's I've been too, also not a very large toy selection, but friendly staff and excellent items to choose from.
