Ordered a medium coffee today a little before 130p.m. and the coffee was old and stale tasting! Where's the quality control? I would have brought it back but I was on the highway already..
I love that DD its near my job and I've been going there for 5 years now , the staff are very friendly respectful and customer service is great .
Inconsistent with making of drinks, although, sticker says the exact ingredients each time, which doesn't make sense.
Dunkin on weston rd in hartford ct.. poor customer service. I come through about 630 pm 2 or 3 times a week and order darkroast coffee and they never have any made. They claim that they don't sell alof of it at night so they don't make any... as far as my visit today, the sign on the door stated the lobby open till 7pm and doors were locked at 630 pm.... Csr was rude and did not label any of the the three coffees I ordered... not a happy customer as this is the normal operating procedure in my experience with this location
