Good sandwiches and great customer service.
Pre ordered picked up and they forget half the order so i was trying to save time THEY JUST WASTED IT
Food is always delicious. The reason for 3 stars is literally because of your drive through. Whoever set it up put it right in front of the loudest part of your building which is what it is but since you have that inconvenience, your staff should repeat orders back to the customers to make sure there are no mistakes. I guess I should double check my bag when I drive off so its partly my fault for not checking but just have them repeat it back...its simple and should be a part of the drive through cashier training process.
The dozen rolls I just bought could put a hole through the wall.
I have been there three times, and that was two times too many. Every time I’ve been there, the staff is rude, and I have never seen people in food service move slower. I wanted to support a local business instead of Dunkin, but it won’t be them unfortunately.
