It's 9:40 am and they are out of iced tea!! Th8s happens a lot. Get more ices tea. It's hot out. People want iced tea!!
The cashier was very friendly, but I was a little disappointed In the way he handled the donuts. He grabbed the donuts with the same glove used to handle money and the register. I think a little education in lite of everything going on, will be helpful.
The food is good when they actually get my order right. I ordered a pink velvet latte today which is a signature latte so it should automatically come with whipped cream but it did not. Probably because of laziness. It took forever just for them to bring my donut to the window because one of the employees was screwing around.
I went through the drive-through and had 2 separate orders. the 2nd order was correct. the 1st order they supposedly forgot to charge me for the 3 orders of hash browns (when 2 wake up wraps definitely don't cost $11) so they then charge me a 2nd time for the 3 orders of hash browns then still only gave me 3. and these are the people who wants $15 / hr. if you can't properly even take an order correctly, then you don't even deserve the job. morons.
