Ordered online and got here about 15 minutes after ordering hoping to svoid waiting. That's the point, right? Wrong.nnI got there and my order was not ready. Not only did I have to wait, they messed up my coffee order too. Tasted terrible.nnI haven't given them a one star only because they're the only ones close to me that are open 24 hours.nnIf their service improves, I'll update it.
Ive come here several times, but this last time my coffee was not how i ordered it and that was very disappointing. Also, there was very little ice in it. I drank 20% of it and tossed it in the trash
The place is great and the service is excellent when you go inside. They just need to fix their drive thru intercom. It’s always staticky and you can barely hear them.
Living in New England requires knowing which Dunkin’ will make your order right and which will mess it up. This Dunkin’ will always get your order right. Additionally, the staff at this location are amazing and will make sure that you’re satisfied with your experience.
