The only reason I’m giving them one star is because there is nothing lower. Every time a company uses them my packages go from where I need them to ct back to where I need them after sitting for a week. Then if it’s plants I’ve ordered everything is dead. Every time. Even after asking the companies not to use them.
Watched my item sit at this smart post through the tracking number for a full week so far! Sat on hold for a half hour waiting to find out if I could just pick it up, only to get kicked back to main menu to start the process over again. The website isn’t helpful at all, I will insist on USPS shipping end to end from here on..
I was guaranteed delivery today (Monday), then without warning or explanation they changed the delivery day to Thursday.nI contacted the live support through their website and was told to “wait until 8:30pm to see if it comes” even though the shipping status changed to “pending”.nI called and was told I needed to speak to someone at start post and they close at 8:00pm.
Driver drove the truck across my lawn for absolutely no reason, we just had the lawn aerated and seeded for the season. Terrible ruts and mud tracks right up to where packages was left. Rude, terrible service and Very Costly to Fix!! ud83dude41
This service needs an uplift. I don't understand why they don't use the under promise and over delivery motto. They do nothing to make themselves look better. Your a shipping service and people want their packages and are given no choice and forced to use your service when they order stuff. Yet you do nothing to speed things up to give a your company a better outlook to us the customers. Give us uncrushed packages with the speed of Federal expedition. Interesting when I read your going out of business I'll know why.
