After researching several security firms we chose Command. John B. came out and gave us a thorough evaluation. From the outset, John was polite, professional, and was even there to oversee part of the installation. The system has been highly reliable and easy to use. The support staff from the office to the field techs have been great, there to help answer any questions we've had. We are very pleased with the system and would highly recommend Command to anyone considering a professional security system.
My husband and I have worked with John B for years after he and his colleagues installed cameras and an alarm system for us in our home.nHe was responsive to all our questions and needs over the five years we had a contract with Command. When we needed some guidance obtaining a video of a break-in of my car to submit to the police, John was readily available. The monitoring of the house was user friendly and the company was effective in attending to any alarms.nWe have since moved and no longer need cameras, but we have contracted again with Command for security monitoring.
