These young kids that are working there at this Dunkin’ Donuts does not know how to listen and to make the iced coffee is the proper way when people ask them to do it I have been to this place several times and each time that I have gone they have gotten it wrong I don’t have time to keep going back to have my coffee replaced.Too bad the other Dunkin’ Donuts manager doesn’t work at your Dunkin’ Donuts she would definitely train properly or just get rid of the ones that don’t catch on to making these coffees. very disappointed! For now on I guess I will just go back to my regular one for the extra few miles they know me very well and have excellent customer service!
Pulled up about 10 minutes ago and this place was getting hammered, absolute people everywhere, the lady who took my order was courteous and polite and they moved me through that line lickety split, super impressed, great job
Honestly, one of the most consistent Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Coffee is out of a tap and overall quality is satisfying.
Nice guy in drive thru was very polite.
They sale old muffins. Staff said even know they know they are not fresh they are told to sell them.
