Tried to return a system purchased a few days ago, was told we can’t without a physical bar code to scan although we had all the online purchase information. Called the original location and they said we were lied to and they absolutely should have accepted the return. At least we can return elsewhere.
As of April 2nd this location is closed. I had a pre-order for Tomorrow and I hadn't heard a single peep. No email no call. What happens to my deposit?
Great selection of games and anime collectibles. Employees seem a little crabby sometimes,but it's retail,so I understand. A fun place to shop isn't always fun to work in.
