Amazing shop!! They fixed the twisted neck on my Gibson Les Paul and it plays PERFECTLY now. Chris is a master luthier in every sense of the word. Would drive hours to have him setup my instruments. A++++++++++++ Thanks Chris!!!

Chris has always done all guitar and bass repair work I've given him over the years very professionally, with friendly service and very fair pricing. Ditto for amp repair done by Andrew. I HIGHLY recommend them, they are super people and do terrific work!
My girlfriend and I went to Chris on a friend's recommendation to have her guitar restrung and the bridge adjusted. I don't play much, she's only started, and the guitar isn't anything fancy (just a starter Takamine Jasmine), but Chris couldn't have been sweeter or more pleasant to work with. He was honest about how much he'd be able to adjust the bridge (which was in such a state that the guitar was effectively impossible to play), more than fair on pricing, took the time to chit chat a bit, offered to set aside some time to walk through tuning it with her once the work was done (especially sweet since she's deaf), and ultimately did absolutely flawless work. In short, he's a master artisan and just an all around good person. I'll say the same thing my friend did: I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
Honest people at this guitar shop. I bought a 1995 cherry sunburst Gibson Les Paul Custom from Chris at Hot Rod 6 Strings online. The thing that I'm most happy about is the description of condition was accurate. The guitar is exactly like he said it was. These days so many shops will tell you what you want to hear, just so they can make the sale. Not these guys ! I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again.
