I came all the way to Bridgeport from Stamford to purchase a phone. Mahonni, the representative that helped me was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. She helped me set up my phone from start to finish. I was very impressed with her customer service acumen and enjoyed my overall client experience with t mobile. Great location, great employees! Stupid service
There is nothing worse than poor customer service and employees that are rude from the door. As soon as my children and myself walked in she was so bothered by my children’s presence she stopped helping the people whom she was supposed to be attending to just to make us feel uncomfortable. I would never return and I came for the purchase of an iPhone and 2 apple watches. This location would never get my business.
This store is clean! The customer service is fantastic! They are polite, helpful, patient and nice! Emmanuel was awesome! He was honest and helpful about my options and helped me in finding the best solution! Thank you! TMobile you guys are lucky to have such a great staff at this location!
