Aitoro was the only place that had the GE washer dryer combo in stock. They matched the price with Home Depot, P.C. Richard, and Lowe's. The sale was easy over the phone with Michael Wong on Saturday, the new machine was delivered at 959AM today, Wednesday. Promised delivery time was between 10am-1pm. The delivery men were friendly, courteous, and neat, and they were finished in 40 minutes. I had a fantastic experience, I will definitely recommend and buy from my local store, Aitoro, again. It's the best appliance purchase I've ever had.

I really wanted to leave a good review here. It’s the type of business that should be thriving while providing excellent customer service and consequently be well reviewed. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Having purchased high-end appliances and accessories, the errors started when the thing we ordered did not show up. From there we were promised a replacement to be delivered which then of course was postponed.nnThe top-of-the-line range we ordered had issues with it and we had to chase to get attention and get a path to recourse.nnWe wanted and expected a different outcome—unfortunately if you’re looking for high-end appliances and ranges this is not the place where the service and customer attention matches the expectations that come with that.

If your looking to update your kitchen appliances, don't hesitate to go here, It is the best working show room. They have many top rated appliances, we worked with Simon, he helped us a lot in our kitchen design, he was very knowledgeable, and patient. We are very pleased.

I can’t say enough about my great experiences at Aitoro Appliance. I’ve bought several appliances and each time everyone at Aitoro made it so seamless and easy. They answered all my questions and delivery was quick and exactly when they promised. The installers were personable, respectful and explained exactly what they had to do.
