Best experience at this store, ask for Alex. He is so patient and knows what he is talking about and explains everything to you so clearly. He is also very personable and easy to talk too. Great experience because of him!
Alex was great ! He answered all my questions and I am very satisfied with his service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager Dominic was also very friendly! These two were a delight and I would recommend them for any of your Verizon needs.
Even though they could not meet the promotional pricing another carrier was offering they were super helpful in helping me understand my pricing and the questions I should ask when switching. They even helped me when I had issues porting over to the new carrier. I look forward to returning to Verizon when my contract is up. Thank you.
My phone was dead Grant greeted me and let me through the process to get a replacement phone using my insurance. He put in the order for me I got my phone the next day I brought it to him later but he installed everything for me. Everything works perfectly he is beyond awesome. I hope his boss can see this review.
