Went in there to switch to a plan with sprint and get a new phone for my dad and sister. The ladies working there were super nice and very helpful. Jennifer, was very friendly, informative and didn't mind answering multiple questions we had. We walked out super happy!
The worst store to work in and as a customer worst place to go.n1. The store manager EDWARD is by far the worst manger his mouth is ridiculousn2. This store is next door from urgent care and multiple ppl that tested positive for COVID has entered this place and they have not yet closed

The manger that works here, his name is adward, and he’s horrible with customers and figuring out ways to help with get to the bottom of things , He asked very careless and is very unprofessional. I would never deal with sprint again. They are trash.
The worst store, staff,and stores manager you can deal with. Untrained staff made multiple mistakes in one visit, unable to fix the mistakes due to lake of training and experience. Especially the story manager James and goes by jammy don't know which name is right he told me James and told sprint representatives jammy. He is very disrespectful, not honest with me customers or with sprint sales representative, and very very unprofessional and inexperienced. He refused to take action and fix the problem when sprint representative told him that this can be fixed at the store. Then he refused to speak with the sale representative again when she asked me to put him on the phone again to get more information. So she can help me. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
