I agree with Brenda this store was really nice when it had David inside and Nick I don't know what's happened within the last couple of years I've been a customer for years and after I fire I went back and repurchased furniture there and it's been a nightmare I only have four payments left even though I didn't make a big deal out of a kitchen table that was brought to me with one different screw and the very bad patched up job they did in the center of the table. Ididn't notice that because I was still recovering from a previous fire in the house when I started noticing certain things in the furniture that I did purchase from there . On top of that they make many many phone calls when it comes to making payments after I discuss to the gentleman that I was going through a situation and that I only had four payments left he hung up on me and decided he was going to take the phone off the hook because he wasn't going to speak to me again because under his idea I was being irrational and I guess I was asking all the right questions in which he couldn't answer.what I really want to do is back out even though I only have four payments left but at this point I mean what can I do even though I spent a lot of money in this store.I had explained to him also that if I am late I'm sure that there's a late payment that gets attached it seems like these people want to charge you an extra month instead of just charging you the late fee he kept on arguing with me telling me that I had to pay two months instead of one month which I never had anyone in there ask me that so I'm yeah I am very mad and would like someone who actually has some sort of manager skills to call me back.

Ritchie the new manager is rude. I gave Aaron’s permission to enter my apt to get a faulty washer. My bathroom door was off the henges and my frame was broken. It was my move out date. I lost over $4,000 for my security deposit. DO NOT SHOP AT AARONS UNTIL MANAGER IS REPLACED! Zero stars

A few months into my lease and I can't get a replacement sectional because the sectional I have is faulty and the wood cracked.

Staff was very nice.
