I went to the T-Mobile in the mall not too long ago and A nice young man named Emmanuel helped me. This man was the epitome of what good customer service is! He was nice, patient and provided me with all the information I needed! I’m not sure as to why he is not a manager! He is evidently an intelligent man that knows how to do his job and loves it!! Thanks Emmanuel !!
I visit the Trumbull Mall T-mobile store and had one of the worst customer experiences ever. The rep that was helping me Ryan was actually no help and the retail manager Gwendolyn was extremely rude and kept cutting me off, when I addressed to her that she was being rude, she then said that “we were done here and would not help me” this is outrageous that a representative would tell a paying customer that they won’t help them. It is also a shame to the t-mobile brand. If you want good customer service DO NOT go to this t-mobile store, visit another one.

Amazing! 100%. Staff is so friendly and nice. Very helpful! Had no trouble at all. No wait nothing. I was helped right away and everything worked out perfectly. Will definitely going back to this T-mobile in the future.
I visited this particular store yesterday (7/16/19) and I was greeted/helped by Juan within less than two minutes of being there. His customer service and professionalism was outstanding! He assisted me quickly and efficiently which truly made the transaction and my experience there as a customer very smooth! Thank you Juan for your assistance and great customer service!
