Words can not express the experience I had wit Lawrence Kendrick's at the the Sprint kiosk located in the Trumbull mall Lawrence did not only deliver quality customer service but also entertained me during the entire transaction. Most may not know but Lawrence is an artist. Lawrence mentioned he was a hip hop artist and could rap. Lawrence was very shy at first but I asked him if he could personally perform some of his material for me. Lawrence agreed and I must tell you, Lawrence is a gift from god who was hand delivered from Bridgeport CT to not only give me premier customer service, but also entertain me with his beautiful angelic voice. Lawrence wherever you are at the moment god is watching and he approves. Lawrence is an amazing Sprint representative but an even better Hip Hop entertainer. If you want a amazing experience as well as an entertaining one see Lawrence. Lawrence is an absolute peach!

I was coming in just to pick up an upgrade I ordered online. I had an appt. For 1:30. At different locations I have been to for this process it takes about 10 minutes. It took that long just for someone to see me and it took over 45 minutes to get the phone that I already did everything for online. They were basically ignoring me in favor of new customers. I understand everyone needs help but long time customers shouldn't be ignored that's when we switch.

The staff at this store are great! Very professional and very helpful. They helped me with my phone swap. It was such a project, but they were so patient and tried to get me in and out of the store as happy and quickly as possible. I am very satisfied with my service at this location.
